Refund policy

HOMEMADE SWEETS:

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.  

Due to the items being customized and handmade, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 SHIRTS, TUMBLERS, ALL OTHER NON-CONSUMABLES:

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

7 day policy-this applies to ONLY IMPERFECTIONS! Otherwise we do not accept refunds or returns. 

All items listed in my shop are handmade. As with all handmade items, there may be small imperfections. However, large imperfections should not be present.

If there is a issue with your item, you will be responsible for reaching out to MBC Designs and Gifts. Please send pictures of the item, and upon receipt and inspection of the item, a return label will be emailed to you. Upon receipt and re-inspection of the item, we will repair the item at no cost you and re-send.  In order for a return to be accepted/approved it must be unused and in its original packaging.

EXCHANGES:
We do not accept exchanges.
